This includes the various tugs, tractors, and other forms of transportation that are often found cruising around airports, keeping operations running smoothly. Additionally, large material handling equipment such as lift trucks, gantry cranes, and conveyor systems can also be fully electric. This helps avoid piling onto carbon footprints in areas that already have a lot of large vehicles (planes, boats, etc.) that aren’t electric.

A lot of companies also recognize that electric vehicles make a lot of sense from a commercial standpoint. Reduced operation costs due to less fuel consumption and maintenance means that companies can put that available capital into other areas of the company to push continued growth.
